STEP 3 • 1-ON-1 INTERVIEW
1-on-1 Interview
If there’s a potential fit, you’ll meet with a Trades Recruitment Specialist to talk goals, expectations, and the kind of work you actually want to be doing.
This is your chance to ask questions and make sure Blue Anvil is the right move for you too.
STEP 4 • JOIN THE CREW
Join the Crew
If it’s a mutual fit, you’ll receive an offer to join our crew of elite tradespeople and start getting placed on quality job sites.

- Carpenter Apprentices (Level 1 to 4) or equivalent.
- Ticketed Carpenters or equivalent trades experience.
- Red Seal Carpenters.
