If there’s a potential fit, you’ll meet with a Blue Anvil team member to talk goals, expectations, and the kind of work you actually want to be doing.
This is your chance to ask questions and make sure Blue Anvil is the right move for you too.
STEP 4 • GET YOUR OFFER
Get Your Offer
If it’s a mutual fit, you’ll receive an offer to join Blue Anvil as a full-time tradesperson and start working on quality job sites.
From there, we support you with steady work, benefits, training, and a career path, not just your next shift.

We’re always looking for good humans with strong work ethic and pride in their craft.
- Carpenter Apprentices (Level 1 to 4) or equivalent.
- Ticketed Carpenters or equivalent trades experience.
- Red Seal Carpenters.
